Returns & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unaltered, and unused. All packaging, tags, and labels must remain intact.
- Timeframe: Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items, such as custom orders or final sale products, are not eligible for return or exchange. Please refer to the product description for specific details.
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Support team through the Contact Us page to request a return authorization.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Refunds:
- Store Credit: Approved returns will be issued in the form of store credits, which can be used for future purchases.
- Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return for the store credit to be processed.
Exchanges:
- To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item using the store credit issued.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with images and videos attached. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
Note: Items returned in a condition that does not meet our return criteria will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
